Yoga is a great way for children to strengthen the connection between mind and body. The class will explore and have fun with creative movement, yoga postures, stretching, mindfulness exercises, and simple breathing and relaxation techniques. The potential benefits of yoga include enhanced focus, awareness, self-awareness, self-confidence, flexibility and coordination. Students are required to bring their own yoga mat.
