This activity is closed to further registration.
It is recommended that participants successfully complete Level 1 before enrolling in Level 2. Swimmers must be able to bob (submerging completely) 5 times and glide on front and back 2 body lengths independently. Participants will build on basic water skills learned in Level 1 including: Bobbing 10 times, fully submerge and hold breath, front float for 10 seconds, back float for 15 seconds, front and back glides, arm and leg action, retrieving submerged objects, water safety, combined stroke on front and back, rotary breathing, and changing directions while swimming.
