Campers will spend thirty minutes on Speed & Agility such as foot speed and quickness around the bases and then thirty minutes on Strength & Power focusing on overall strength and body control, rotational power, balance and core strength. Instructed by Macey Brooks, 2 time MLB Draftee to the San Francisco Giants & Kansas City Royals in the second round. (PS-C)
