This activity is closed to further registration.
New runners and elite runners are welcome in this class designed to build a solid running foundation in a fun and instructional manner. Runners will meet once a week to cover static and dynamic stretching, speed and agility work, tempo runs, and build endurance for long runs. This class will build toward the Mashed Potato Mile or 10K. At each class, the instructor will hand out a weekly running schedule to be completed before the next class. Fee includes registration for the Mashed Potato Mile and a performance T-shirt from All Star Sports Inc. (AH-C)
