This four week program will teach you the proper running mechanics and increase your speed. You will learn the fundamentals of proper form & mechanics, top end speed, 20, 40, 60, starts, agility, endurance, strength, reaction and power. Instructed by former NFL Wide Receiver Macey Brooks. Attend as many classes as you want per 4 week session within your age group. See grid for days and times. (AH-C)
