Description
Do you think you want to be a lifeguard, but you don't know where to start? Take the first steps in learning the necessary skills. This unique experience is part of our CIT leadership program. The Junior Lifeguard program will challenge you mentally and physically to embrace the lifeguard service's core values of safety, service, honesty, integrity, and respect. Junior Lifeguards will do this through developing skills in teamwork, professionalism, and communication. Training will include basic rescue techniques, introduction to some CPR, and first aid skills. Participants will improve their physical condition, acquire new skills, and apprentice with current lifeguards.
