We believe our Creator wants us to be joyfully creative! The primary goals of this camp are to encourage, nurture, and nourish each child's creative spirit. Daily Activities: In the mornings of each camp day, students will receive training in music and art. In each daily session they will learn something new that will build from the previous day. While in music class, students can explore keyboard, guitar, dance, and voice. Students will learn new concepts in music theory, use rhythm instruments, and participate in creative composition to begin the process of making music. In art class, students will experience textures, work with lighting and shading, and learn level of color. Arts students develop their fine motor skills. Each artist will create renderings that they will take home for years of enjoyment. Dance class is designed to introduce your student to the grace and beauty of dance. Students will take a break between the morning and afternoon sessions and should bring their own sack lunch. Granola bars and water will be provided during snack breaks.
