Ready to tackle the competition (and the gym)?The Move the Chains Challenge includes 3D body composition assessments, fitness plans and review with a personal trainer, discounts on training and nutrition services to boost your progress and side-challenges to encourage focus, commitment and excitement throughout the months.
Pre-Season (September 8 - 19):
- Training Camp! A baseline 3D Body Composition Assessment (a $75 value!) will be scheduled with a personal trainer. Results are reviewed showing participants their exact body composition percentages and circumference measurements for the entire body. See data that the naked eye can't see to zero in on the exact areas to focus on.
- Trainers will also provide insight and tips for how each individual can accomplish their goals based on his/her individual body type!
Regular Season (September 20 - December 15):
- Moving the chains! After your personalized assessment, participants will receive a 12-week workout program from our trainers. This 12-week guide is a self-directed program that, when followed, achieves results, shredding inches, finessing body composition and improving strength levels.
- Participants receive a mid-point (late October to early November) 3D Body Composition assessment (another $75 value!) to measure progress.
Post Season (December 15 - 22):Going the Distance! Measure how the overall body composition and fitness levels have improved!
- Final post-assessment 3D Body Composition Assessment (another $75 value!) to measure how many inches, or "Yards" lost.
- 35% off Personal Training or Private Coaching Services (Nutrition Consultations, Yoga/Stretch 1-1 sessions, Private Pilates Sessions - a $30+ dollar value!)
- 50% off any Specialty Fitness Program Registrations! Use for up to two (2) total Specialty Fitness programs ($50 value!).

- Registration Instructions: Once you have registered, more information and specific instructions for scheduling and claiming discounts will be sent prior to September 8.
- Class Requirements: 3D Body Comp assessments will be completed by the first three weeks of the Move the Chains Challenge. Emails will be sent out to all participants to schedule their assessments.
- Equipment: All equipment will be supplied when working out at the Recreation facilities.
