This class guides you through exercises on the Reformer safely and with proper form. Movement principles include breath and core activation, pelvic stability, shoulder stabilization, strengthening the muscles around the hips and spinal mobilization. You'll then integrate these movement principles into a series of Reformer and Tower exercises and perform them with precision and control. Pre-Requisite: three private or semi-private Pilates Reformer lessons or coordinator approval.
