This class is designed for athletes and non-athletes alike and combines age-appropriate weightlifting with endurance to deliver optimal fitness and performance. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to enhance strength, mobility and flexibility. This program is also a great way to get your child into the habit of training and maintaining good, healthy habits.
