Description
A day of nonstop hockey action for teams at the recreation level.All games are played on one day.
Two games are guaranteed.

Basic Rules:
- 3v3 plus goalie, one sub/team- Rosters are limited to 4 skaters and one goalie.- Games consist of two 7-minute, running time periods. With no stoppage time.- Face-offs only occur at the start of each period.- After every goal and penalty shot, the opposing team must return to their zone (into the neutral zone). The attacking team must wait a 10-second count before attacking in the opposition's zone.- All penalties result in a penalty shot.
Equipment Needs: Hockey-specific shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, helmet and full face mask, mouth piece, stick and skates are required for all participants.
