About This Activity
Description
Designed for individuals with disabilities, to introduce or improve basic skills for a variety of sports, or simply to provide a safe space to move and make new friends.
Level of Instruction: All levels welcome!

Class Requirements: Wear athletic clothes and closed toe shoes, bring a water bottle. A completed Therapeutic Recreation Assessment Form needs to be turned in to Heather prior to participation.
