Kids' Swim Stroke Clinics: Breaststroke Oct 4
Oct 05 - Oct 26 (Tuesday)
7:00 PM - 7:45 PM
Ages 6-13 · Co-Ed
Parker Recreation Center
Swim stroke clinics are designed for students who already have a strong foundation of the fundamentals of swimming and desire to learn more advanced swimming techniques.
Swim stroke clinics put an emphasis on proper technique over speed. A strong technical foundation will ensure that students progress much faster when the time comes for them to work on speed. Each session will focus on one stroke, along with turns, starts and dives.
Students must be able to continuously swim 100 yards and be proficient in the four main strokes: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers must have passed Level 5 or contact Sybil Penrose at 303.805.3282 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a swim test prior to enrolling in the clinics.
