Being strong will take you places. This class utilizes an integrative learning approach, teaching girls how to safely and properly lift weights as well as body movement techniques. Girls will learn invaluable weight lifting skills as well tools to help build confidence and manage stress. Each week we will discuss a different theme to help participants build strength from the inside out.
