The National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) offers ski or snowboard lessons for individuals with disabilities at Winter Park. This five-week session includes full days of ski/board lessons, equipment rental (including adaptive equipment rental if needed) and transportation from Castle Rock or Lone Tree to Winter Park.* These lessons are suitable for anyone at any level, including individuals with vision, physical and cognitive disabilities, and also wheelchairs. The lessons are one-on-one the entire day; some are two-on-one if needed. This is a very impressive program and we have a great time! Bring or buy your lunch and snacks.
Registration will be open until November 1st with $175 deposit and final payment due Nov. 30th** (payment plans are available). NSCD publishes dates in Oct. RSVP with Deni Jacobs at 303.805.3208 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
