About This Activity
Description
Using Youth Evolution’s progressive curriculum and focusing on the whole player, this class will teach your child the important skills needed both on and off the court.
This level 3 course for ages 8-11 is designed to improve large motor skills, spatial awareness and teamwork. The instructor will focus on agility with drills becoming a bit more advanced to help teach children how to perform under the pressure of the clock and their opponents. Drills are focused on more complex activities that include fast breaks, coordinated offensive plays and multiple defensive structures. Your player will now learn explosive plays, improve their footwork and develop their range and accuracy of shooting.
Please wear clothes that are appropriate for exercise. Send your child with a water bottle with their name on it.
