Youth Swim Lessons - Level 6 Thursdays

Level six involves longer distance swimming with an emphasis on fitness. Stroke technique is critiqued at a high level to prepare these swimmers for competition swimming, lifeguarding, or lifelong fitness swimming skills.
Bring a swimsuit and towel. Shower shoes are recommended in locker rooms, hallways and on pool deck.
