Join us for a fun-filled ASEP Memorial Day Mystery Picnic at TPS! Students will design sun visors, prepare their choice of hoagie sandwich, use clues to solve a fun geographical mystery, and make patriotic fresh fruit parfaits for dessert. Following our outdoor (weather permitting) “picnic” lunch, we will play special summer-related games, reveal the solution to the mysterious case, and receive a fun summer gift to take home. Additional indoor, outdoor, and choice activities will also be available throughout the day, and a mid-morning snack will be provided. Lunch will be provided, including juice, chips, and a choice of hoagie, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayonnaise. Please include your child's choice of hoagie in the Session Options! If you would prefer to pack alternative food for your child, please do so. For the safety of our students, please DO NOT include peanuts or nuts in your child’s lunch. The program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with drop-off available in the yard beginning at 8:00 a.m. (at no extra charge). **Extended day is available from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. for an additional $25. A late-afternoon snack and choice activities will be provided. Pick-up time is 3:00 p.m. for the regular program and 5:30 p.m. for the extended day. Late fee for pick-up after 3:00 p.m. for the regular program is $25 per child, and the late fee after 5:30 p.m. for the extended day is $25 per child for the first fifteen minutes and $30 after 5:45 p.m. The program is limited to 40 PreK and Kindergarten students on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for registration is Monday, May 23th at 12 midnight. Refunds will not be available after this date. We will not be able to accept any late registration.
