About This Activity
This winter, students will create a variety of vessels and will focus on project ideas using seasonal motifs such as snowflakes, snow people and cold weather creatures. There will be special projects to work on around the winter holidays such as Valentine’s Day. Always popular will be days set aside for "free" clay play so that students can work on whatever they choose. Lynne Dorman is a clay artist and psychologist, who has been teaching ceramics to children for over fifteen years. (Please note: The Wednesday club does not have a session on March 26.)
