The Kids Lab introduces movement in a fun environment for students to improve their mental and physical confidence for sports, activities, and life! From agility, to endurance and everything in between, students practice themed sport-specific movements to build a positive, lifelong relationship with their health. (Please note: There are no sessions on Feb 14, March 14 & 28, April 25. Sessions are designed to accommodate all levels and will travel off campus to Markward.)
