About This Activity
Together students will discover artwork from the Philadelphia Museum of Art collection and develop their own prints based upon themes, imagery, and their imaginations. The club will experiment with a variety of printmaking techniques, from gelli plates and cyanotypes, to bubble prints and marbling! Elizabeth is a museum and art educator who has joined the Kindergarten B team at TPS! She is a lifelong artist and has taught art to children ages three through 12 at the Fleisher Art Memorial, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and at TPS ASEP. (Please note: There are no sessions on Feb 14, March 14 & 28, April 25.)
