The Power Athlete Program starts May 3 – May 28. The sessions will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm and Saturdays 10-11am. This is restricted by 12 players where they will go up in weight every week and see significant gains in a short 4 weeks trained by professional trainers. Strength training is no time to make it up on the fly based on popular fitness magazines or internet forums. This is a time to be just as disciplined and structured as you are during your ice sessions. Make your time count. AZ Sports Academy is starting a 4 Week Strength Training Program which will be led by Marcos Esquivel. We will teach the athletes how to lift safely, push themselves, be disciplined, and understand what it takes to take your body to the next level!
