Put Yoga in your life! Come join our easy-going class and wipe away the stress of the day while learning traditional yoga poses to gain flexibility and strength. Classes are taught in a combination of B.K.S. Lyengar and Amrit Yoga. We practice yoga postures to increase flexibility, strength, and a healthy alignment of the spine. With the strengths of Hatha yoga and the inward meditative awareness of Amrit yoga, these classes bring the mental discipline, ancient roots, and fundamentals principles that are the core of yoga. Laura Timothy is a certified yoga teacher with many years of teaching experience. She teaches using the attention to alignment of the B.K.S. lyengar yoga and the inward meditative of Amirit yoga. Her classes bring mental principle, ancient roots and fundamental principles that are the core of yoga.
Students need bare feet and an empty stomach. Bring a firm blanket. No class November 24, 2016.
