Location: Held at Dick's House of Hoops within Ross Park Mall, providing a convenient and accessible venue for participants and families. Focus: The program introduces participants to a range of track and field events, including sprints, hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put, and javelin, allowing them to discover and develop their strengths and interests. Curriculum: The curriculum is designed to be inclusive and progressive, catering to participants of all abilities and experience levels. Coaches lead structured sessions that incorporate skill-building drills, technique work, and practice competitions to help participants improve and excel in their chosen events.
