Join us for a fall foliage guided canoe trip at the D & R State Canal Park in Griggstown! You will be responsible for renting your own canoe or kayak from the Griggstown Canoe and Kayak rental center, or for bringing your own watercraft to this meetup-style activity. Canoe & kayak rental fees at the Griggstown Canoe and Kayak Rental site range between $37 - $42 for two hours. More information on current canoe and kayak rental rates along with required rental forms and waivers are available at https://griggstowncanoe.com
Pre-registration of all participants is requested so we may tell the rental agency how many people to expect, as well as the approximate number of canoes or kayaks our group anticipates needing. When registering your interest in this activity, please specify which kind of watercraft you would like to rent. If you plan on renting a kayak, please state if you would prefer a one-person or a two-person kayak. If you would like to rent a canoe, please state if you would prefer a two-seater or three-seater canoe. Please see the rental company’s website https://griggstowncanoe.com/ for information on the types of boats available to rent, and the carrying capacity and weight limits of the canoes and kayaks, and for their current rental rates.
