The Adaptive Yoga Resource offers a transformative opportunity for neurodiverse individuals to elevate their well-being through the Adaptive Yoga Method. This program delves into functional movement, social-emotional learning, and embodiment, all through the expansive practice of yoga.
Parents are required to be present at the facility during class.
Plainsboro Residents: $80.00 Non-Residents: $85.00 beginning Sept. 8

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person and is non-refundable. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
