Texas Surf Camps is offering SUP Yoga classes thru the Fall. Our instructors are the best in the business with veteran paddlers and certified Yoga instructors. You will spend 1 hour with the paddleboard getting used to being on the water and getting your muscles warmed up. The 2nd hour will be for Yoga. You will learn poses that help improve balance and confidence on the water and also to improve your breathing and circulation. Doing this on an SUP board will require more balance than normal. It is recommended that you have some experience with yoga or paddleboarding before taking this class.
