Bounce, Bounce, Roll, Roll! Jump to new heights! Boost your trampoline skills with jumps, drops, combinations & tricks while increasing coordination, leg strength & flexibility. Strengthen shoulder, arm & hand muscles while developing a sense of balance through more advanced tumbling skills.
Trampoline classes at Peninsula Park CC will utilize the NEW
Fitness Wheel for jumping fun, which is a safer and option to traditional
trampolines. To ensure all participants stay busy and active while others are
jumping, additional gymnastics skills will be covered in class.
Adult participation is required.
