About This Activity

Description

This activity is closed to further registration.

Record your experiences and observations in journal form, using drawing, watercolor, writing and more. Simple exercises to help you get going, especially for beginners, or beyond. You will learn to see in a new way, and build skill and confidence.

We work inside and outside, weather permitting. No art experience required! Get materials list online.

For materials list, click here to go to: www.MultnomahArtsCenter.org

Materials list:

  • a watercolor journal, with at least 110#-140# cold pressed paper
  • a permanent black pen
  • a 6B woodless pencil
  • a small travel palette with professional quality watercolors
  • a decent round brush with a good point, size 10 or 12
  • 2 small cups for water
  • Rag

You may bring what you have, purchase supplies, or just bring a pen and sketchbook the first day - I will go over supplies the first day of class. I?d rather you get my help than waste your time or money on poor quality supplies!
