Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise practiced for health and meditation. Work toward total concentration and develop coordination, balance, and strength in every part of your body. Enjoy exercises and lessons to bring about a better understanding of Tai Chi principles. A routine involving weight shifting, body alignment and coordinated movements helps to improve balance, strength, and mobility. Calm your mind and body at the end of the day. For beginning and continuing students.
