Beginning Belly Dance
Learn the basic fast and slow movements used in the graceful art of Cabaret, Tribal and Alternative/Fusion styles of Belly Dance. Gain core strength, flexibility and endurance as you experience the joy of dancing to new rhythms. Perform simple sombinations. What to wear: Leggings, yoga pants or shorts and a fitted top. Bare feet, or dance footies or slippers.
