Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise practiced for health and meditation. Work toward total concentration and develop coordination, balance, and strength in every part of your body. Good health can be yours! Students must have prvious Tai Chi experience and a basic understanding of Short Form. No class Nov. 11 or Nov. 25.
