This activity is closed to further registration.
Participants must be able to crawl stroke with breathing for 25 yards and back crawl for 25 yards. Flipper would be jealous! Begin with an introduction of scissors & butterfly kicks at an outdoor pool. Cardiovascular endurance increases as you swim further & longer. Develop personal safety with a medley of heads up crawl, object recovery & treading water. Dive in! Next level is Park Shark 1.
