The high school team camp is taking on a new format this year. This week will be modeled off of the "team camps" that many elite high school and college programs run in the summer months. The very best teachings and drills from the top lacrosse programs and the top strength and conditioning programs in the nation will be used. The camp is a great way to improve as a player, build team unity, and learn how to become stronger and faster. It is strongly encouraged that all rising high school lacrosse players attend this camp.
