Come prepared for a one week intensive training program. Our highly renowned staff coupled with Princeton's outstanding running facilities will provide both the beginner and experienced competitors with an excellent opportunity to develop both their conditioning and their running skills. Special attention will be given to individual development in order to ensure maximum athletic progress. Everyone from fun run joggers to Olympic caliber racers can benefit from the teaching and coaching of our renowned staff. Our five-day program will serve as an excellent preseason conditioner and motivational/instructional running clinic. In addition, our camp emphasizes team dynamics and stresses the philosophy that cross country is a "team sport". Several national high school champions have attended camp in recent years.
