About This Activity
In this class we'll read stories about the ocean and sea life. We will examine seashells, sand dollars, shark teeth, and other artifacts from the ocean. In each class we will get crafty, use our imaginations, and create our own salty stories. Instructor: Melissa Platero Melissa Platero is a graduate from the UNCG School of Education with a BS in Middle Grades Education and certifications in language arts and social studies. She enjoys teaching all ages and has homeschooled her own children since 2005. She loves theatre arts and working with children to learn science and history through the telling of stories.
