This class is designed to help students find balance, reduce stress, and improve their focus through the practice of yoga and meditation. Each session will begin with a gentle yoga flow to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, followed by mindfulness exercises and guided meditation to cultivate relaxation and mental clarity. Students will learn techniques to manage stress, increase self-confidence, and stay present in the moment. Instructor: Sarah Van Hulzen Sarah went to Dordt University and majored in Spanish Education and English as a secondary language. Her educational passion is engaging students with the Spanish language, culture, and local Spanish speaking community. Since moving from Iowa to North Carolina, she has taught in Wake County and Durham County and managed a coffee shop in downtown Durham. Sarah loves to travel, write, and camp!
