About This Activity
In this hands-on science class, students will explore 10 weekly STEAM challenges and experiments, learn about the scientific process, and sharpen their Claim-Evidence-Reasoning skills. We’ll work together to design a science experiment for the Silver Spur Science Expo, and students will receive tips on how to wow the crowd with their own projects at the Expo in May. By the end of the class, students will have strengthened their problem-solving skills and have a deeper appreciation for science!
