This Korean martial art program incorporates both modern sport with the traditional art, emphasizing respect, discipline, and a positive attitude towards learning. Students develop endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, and balance; skills that are essential to all athletics. Since this program began in 1997, Ms. Kadner has provided students the opportunity to compete at local tournaments and achieve black belt certification through the World TaeKwonDo Federation. Students are welcome to try the first class for free. Instructor permission is required for Black Belt Training and Sparring classes. Visit www.MetroTKD.org to learn more.
No class 11/23.
Please contact the instructor at email@example.com if you are a student interested in joining after the start date.
