About This Activity
***10 WEEEK ENRICHMENT*** American Sign Language is the 3rd most used language in the US, and the only that uses both hemispheres of the brain while speaking. This class will be as enriching as it is fun. Mrs. Stephanie Petersen , the Doral ASL/STEAM teacher has been signing her entire life and is eager to share with her students. Students in this class will learn the basics while learning to sign popular songs. This class is for students who are NEW to ASL and have not taken ASL with Mrs. Petersen before.
