About This Activity

The Center's Artistic and Managing Director, Lou Trapani, teaches a brief and kid-friendly outline of the history of the theatre, from the first primitive storytellers to the modern day. The changes in presentation styles and venues will be discussed as will the changes in scripts. The Greeks, Shakespeare, Chekhov, Tennessee Williams, and other playwrights will be referenced. Best suited for ages 10 to 15.
