Join your fellow innovators and amateur architects in an immersive experience that will ignite a passion for shaping the future. Unleash your creativity and gain insight into the principles of urban planning, infrastructure development, and environmental sustainability. Join us to ENGINEER your architectural abilities and elevate your imagination through a perfect blend of hands-on learning and city-building. Join this camp if you want to explore Civil Engineering, City Design, Architecture, or Environmental Engineering! This program is intended for participants entering Grade 6 and 7 in September 2024. NOTE: The same themes at the same grade level will contain the same content across all weeks. For example, Maker 2/3 (Week 1) will contain the same material as Maker 2/3 (Week 7). Girls* thrive when they have a focused space to discover, explore, and cultivate their love for science and engineering. Geering Up’s annual All Girls* Week encourages girls* and inspires the next generation of women* scientists. All Girls* camps offer the same STEM activities as their co-ed counterparts. *We use the words “girls” and “women” with an asterisk (*) to intentionally include students and stakeholders who are underrepresented in STEM fields.
