NEW! The delicious food of Singapore is very diverse, being a unique blend of Chinese, Malaysian, Indian, and Indonesian cultures. This wonderful mixture creates a tasty cuisine to be explored and savored, as will be done in this class. CAP elective. Menu: Mee Goreng, Satay, Rojak, and Laksa.
Students must wear rubber-soled, closed-toed shoes (slip-resistant highly recommended). Please note that it is not permissible for persons other than those officially registered to attend this class. Substitutions without the prior approval and processing of SPCS are not permitted.
