NEW! Join this class to learn about and prepare some of the terrific foods of Tel Aviv, a major global city of Israel situated on the Mediterranean coastline. The cuisine there is a tantalizing blend of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Eastern European influences, all coming together for fun cooking and delicious learning. CAP elective. Menu: Falafel, Chicken Schnitzel, Shakshuka with Lamb Merguez, and Malabi.
Students must wear rubber-soled, closed-toed shoes (slip-resistant highly recommended). Please note that it is not permissible for persons other than those officially registered to attend this class.
