Level 1/Parent and Me - Big Fish and Little Fish
- Ages: Recommended Age - 6 months to about 3 years
- Class size: 6 to 1 instructor This class is designed as an introduction to water. Guardian participation in the water is required with child from ages 6 months to 3 years old.
- Parents and children learn together to increase children’s comfort in the water and build a foundation of basic aquatic and water safety.
- Participants learn basic water exploration (submerging with aid, floating, water play) and to be safe in the water (parents learn basic water safety, games to teach safety and American Red Cross [ARC] safety rules).
