About This Activity
IMPORTANT: Session on 3/10 will be an outdoor session on the outdoor basketball court at Royer Park, Roseville. Futsal - Advanced - Skills - Training (FAST) is a specialized small group training program designed specifically for experienced or serious competitive soccer players. The program combines small group advanced technical skills training with speed, agility and balance training, and cognitive development activities. The small group environment allows for maximum coach to player ration and the combination of skills training, speed, agility and balance training, and cognitive development activities creates an environment for maximum player development. This session will be held indoors. Program Dates: Mar 10, 17, 23, 31 IMPORTANT: This is a futsal program. Futsal is a small-sided version of soccer played on a hard sports court surface.
