About This Activity
Students will learn how to use a sewing machine, read a pattern, cut out a project, and complete it. They will learn at their own pace and will be encouraged along the way. Projects will include something for the Fall, and Winter, etc. PARENT NOTE: This is the same class being offered second hour. Students may only register for one sewing class. Students can bring their own sewing machine if they'd like. Otherwise, they will be using a provided sewing machine for the full 12 weeks. This will help them become friends with it. Students will be encouraged to complete projects as their sewing skills develop at their own pace. Teacher: Jenny Healy
