Explore physical fitness through games and sports such as tag, soccer, dodge ball, etc. Kids will also learn stretching and various calisthenics. We will focus on sportsmanship and trying our best. PARENT NOTE: This is an active class that will require running, jumping, playing, etc. Please make sure your child(ren) understands that participation in every activity is mandatory.
