About This Activity
Students will explore the wonders of science in autumn and air through scientific exploration, stories, songs, and hikes outside to support the theme of the week. Topics will include falling leaves, changing colors, butterfly migration, Johnny Appleseed, plant weather predictors, night vision, static charges, native popcorn, air around us, air that pushes, changing sizes of objects rising air. PARENT NOTE: Students might go outside for a hike each week as needed. Teacher: Jenny Healy
