Description

This activity is closed to further registration.

Learn how to properly improve overall conditioning and increase strength. Simple calisthenics, running, proper stretching, resistance training and core are emphasized. Also, a great opportunity for your teen to get sports specific training. Taught by Certified Personal Trainer and high school baseball coach Colby Boulay.
